SMARTS Aegis collects business contact details and assessment responses so we can respond to inquiries, deliver governance recommendations, provide requested services, and improve our website experience.

Information submitted through forms may include organization name, name, email address, job title, industry, region, employee count, selected governance priorities, assessment responses, browser information, and consent preferences.

We use this information to communicate with you, prepare risk or governance recommendations, support discovery calls, maintain audit records, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable privacy and data protection obligations.

We do not sell personal information. Where third-party services are used for hosting, analytics, booking, email delivery, security, or CRM workflows, those providers are expected to process information only for the purposes required to support SMARTS Aegis operations.

With your consent, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity may process website usage, device, referral, and interaction information to help us measure performance and improve the website. PostHog may process limited event and funnel information when Visitor Intelligence consent is granted. PostHog session replay, heatmaps, and automatic interaction capture are disabled, and we do not intentionally send names, email addresses, message content, or sensitive form values to these analytics services.

Google reCAPTCHA v3 is used as an essential security measure on the contact form and Risk Pulse report request. It evaluates technical and interaction signals to help distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse.
